‘Hansel’s Trouble’

How can goodness remain when your last hope is a trail of breadcrumbs? Lindsey Watkins’ tale delves into the warmth of a loving family and the consequences of its absence from a child’s life. Although set in a traditional fairy-tale forest, the story can be seen being played out in our society everyday.

This is my illustration for ‘Hansel’s Trouble’  published alongside 16 other short stories in ‘The Forgotten and the Fantastical 2’ by Mother’s Milk Books. To purchase a copy please visit their shop.
